浙江师范大学坐落于中国经济最发达省份之一的浙江省,在中国2000多所大学中排名前100,是浙江省首批五所重点建设的高校之一。浙江师范大学主校区在金华市,距上海约两个小时的高铁车程。学校创建于1956年,目前有30000余名在校全日制中国学生和1000余名攻读本硕博学位的国际留学生。
学院简介
浙江师范大学义乌国际学院是浙江师范大学与世界第一大市场、全球最大的小商品集散中心的义乌市共建的国际化学院,涵盖国际贸易学、电子商务、软件工程、工业设计、生命科学等专业和学科。建成的浙江师范大学义乌国际学院不仅是义乌市面向国际的商贸、科技、文化的窗口,而且也是产业、学术、研究、教学、商贸交融的平台。为此,浙江师范大学诚邀海外英才,面向全球寻求一位有远见卓识的首任院长,负责学院整体的学术与行政工作,包括预算、人事、规划等。
工作职责
1.制定、实施、推进学院发展的远景和战略规划,提升学院在国内外的影响力;
2.指导、协调和监督学院专业、课程、学位点建设;
3.推进学院教学创新,实现学术研究的可持续发展;
4.加强学院师资队伍建设,引进和培育杰出人才,组织并指导教职工的聘任、考核、发展;
5.与教职工、各级政府、企业、国内外的其他高校和研究机构建立并保持良好的合作关系。
岗位要求
1.具有商务专业或学院相关专业的博士学位;
2.终身教授或副教授,学术成果丰硕,在其研究领域国际知名;
3.拥有行政领导经验,曾在大型综合性的学术机构担任过院长或副院长,并拥有良好的沟通和人际交往能力,开展校友接洽,并能建立良好的国际合作关系;
4.开展过研究、教学、项目咨询、公众参与和推广活动等项目并获得国际奖励。
聘期期限与考核
1.首聘期限为4年,自2016年3月开始工作。
2.学院实行目标任期考核制,针对院长个人、管理团队分别制定明确的目标任务进行考核。聘任期满,考核合格,经双方协商后可以续聘。
薪酬待遇:
学校提供与受聘者学术业绩、岗位职责相对应的薪酬待遇。受聘人员的岗位职责及具体待遇,按双方签订的合同执行。

The University
Zhejiang Normal University is one of the five Key Universities in Zhejiang Province, one of the most economically developed provinces in China. The main campus is located in the city of Jinhua, about two hours south of Shanghai via high-speed train. The University was established in 1956 and currently has an enrolment of over 30,000 Chinese and 1,000 international undergraduate and graduate students. It is a research and teaching university with various rankings within the top 100 among China’s 2,000+ universities.

The College
Zhejiang Normal University currently has three regional campuses. The Yiwu International College of Zhejiang Normal University is its fourth campus, located in Yiwu City which has the world's largest market with 60,000 stores and the world's largest small commodity distribution center. The College is in its preparatory phase to be launched as an open, inclusive, distinctive business-related school with international trade, e-commerce, software engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design and biological and life sciences disciplines.

The Position
The Yiwu International College seeks a visionary leader for the position of the inaugural Dean. The successful candidate will be an inspiring individual who is responsible to manage the overall academic and administrative work of the College, including budget, personnel, and planning matters.

Responsibilities
Providing visionary leadership to advance the College's mission, vision and strategic plan,and raising the College’s profile domestically and internationally
Overseeing and guiding the development, coordination, delivery, and supervision of programs, courses and degree offerings in the College
Promoting instructional innovation and academic sustainability
Guiding in the process of hiring, evaluating, developing, and retaining faculty and staff
Establishing, maintaining, and promoting collaborative relations with the faculty and staff, different levels of government, the corporate sector and other universities and research institutes at home and abroad

Qualifications
An earned doctorate in business or a field related to the disciplines of the College
Proven record of successful academic research and teaching in the capacity of a tenured associate or full professor; priority will be given to renowned scholars
Demonstrated administrative leadership in large and complex academic organizations as Dean or Associate Dean, possessed of a strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to enable collaboration across the campus, with our alumni, and with international networks
A strong commitment to scholarship, academic excellence and diversity with international exposure in research, teaching, projects, consulting, public engagement and outreach activities.

Salary and Benefits
The four-year appointment is renewable based upon satisfactory accomplishment of objectives as outlined in the contract. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Attractive fringe benefits are offered.
